Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

Company: Integrity Environmental Services LLC

Jurisdiction: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Lancaster, Montgomery County, and surrounding Mid-Atlantic municipal infrastructure corridors)

Governing Law: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

1. Scope of Heavy Civil Trenchless Contracting & Municipal Utilities

Integrity Environmental Services LLC provides commercial, industrial, and municipal infrastructure solutions. These focus primarily on large-scale cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, structural pipe bursting, slip-lining, pressure-grouting engineering, and National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) standardized subsurface closed-circuit television (CCTV) assessments.

  • Bidding & Engineering Estimation Architecture: Formal engineering submittals, commercial asset proposals, project tenders, or municipal project schedules provided via (484) 985-8234, [email protected], or https://integrityenvironmentalllc.com/ are preliminary, informational, and conditional. Final binding obligations are executed strictly in writing via an authorized Master Service Agreement (MSA) or formal EPC contract based on reviewed engineering blueprints, hydraulic capacity profiling, and certified geotechnical reports.
  • Corporate Operational Boundaries: Residential service requests are systematically parsed and insulated from this corporate entity. Residential-scale actions are primarily deferred to our independent sister company, Pipeshield. This division preserves the strict commercial, utility-grade risk profiles of Integrity Environmental Services LLC.
  • Subterranean Mechanical Feasibility & Structural Realities: Large-scale trenchless operations—including pneumatic/hydraulic pipe bursting and multi-ton slip-lining pull-backs via constant tension winches—place intense mechanical forces upon subterranean environments. Project owners acknowledge that unmapped subterranean rock ledges, shifting groundwater tables, or hidden structural soil voids can alter alignment profiles. Integrity Environmental Services LLC reserves the absolute right to issue an immediate Change Order if physical subsurface data varies from the civil engineering models initially provided by the client.

2. SMS & Industrial Logistics Messaging Consent

By submitting an online service request, uploading a municipal request for proposal (RFP), or coordinating a diagnostic tracking loop through our Realtor Program channels, you enter our direct automated logistics field routing network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications from Integrity Environmental Services LLC for:

  • Logistical & Heavy Fleet Mobilization Coordination: Real-time updates regarding multi-ton machinery transit, heavy winch rigging, chemical resin curing arrivals, public right-of-way street closures, and active job-site safety warnings.
  • Engineering Data Transmission: Digital delivery of raw hydraulic capacity logs, high-resolution subsurface camera inspection profiles, NASSCO-compliant PACP/LACP coding data sheets, project proposals, and electronic invoices.
  • Account Administration: Contractual progress billing milestones, administrative change-order notices, and final municipal project closeout approvals.
  • Opt-Out Control: Corporate or real estate representatives retain absolute authority to terminate alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard global message and data rates apply.

3. Professional Industry Standards & NASSCO PACP/LACP Compliance

Integrity Environmental Services LLC operates in strict alignment with Pennsylvania utility contractor licensing rules, OSHA trenching and confined-space entry mandates, and regional environmental protection standards. Every automated or physical closed-circuit television evaluation performed under our Realtor Program strictly adheres to NASSCO PACP (Pipeline Assessment Certification Program) and LACP (Lateral Assessment Certification Program) specifications, utilizing uniform standardized observation coding strings to satisfy changing township code lateral compliance protocols.

4. Pennsylvania Transit Logistics & Infrastructure Factors

Specializing in massive runs under active city streets and long stretches of critical pipe infrastructure, Integrity Environmental Services LLC is legally exempt from project delays, liquidated damages, or mechanical standby fee liabilities caused by:

  • Severe regional transit or routing bottlenecks unique to the greater Philadelphia and Lancaster infrastructure corridors (including I-95, I-76, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and high-density municipal centers).
  • Adverse weather events (including severe convective downpours, regional flash flooding, or sub-freezing soil thresholds) that disrupt drilling/lining fluid dynamics, prevent proper ambient epoxy thermochemical stabilization, or destabilize entrance/exit pit configurations.
  • Delays induced by the state-mandated utility tracking utility (Pennsylvania One Call System / PA 811).

5. Existing Conduit Material Degradation & Stress Disclaimers

Our professional non-invasive trenchless rehabilitation methods—including mechanical pipe bursting, CIPP liner inflation, and friction-reducing slip-lining—are engineered to maximize flow efficiency and avoid massive open-trench excavations. However, project owners acknowledge that manipulating heavily oxidized, root-fractured, or structurally compromised lines (spanning water, sewer, gas, or electrical conduits) places immense friction on surrounding substrates. Integrity Environmental Services LLC disclaims civil liability for the unexpected structural collapse, cross-bore contact, or failure of pipelines that were fundamentally compromised by pre-existing historical corrosion, root infiltration, or structural settling prior to our technical arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of Integrity Environmental Services LLC for any structural omission, engineering variance, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific project scope contract. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing toxic mold growth, biological contamination from pre-existing sewage leaks, structural shifting under active city streets, or secondary property damage occurring outside our precise engineered alignment path.
